A modern loft was decorated in the old treatment plant wastewater. The owner, a former pilot, bought the building at auction. The rustic appearance of the building has stolen him. After the initial joy he found that he was facing a huge challenge and the necessary security with the help of experts in the field of interior design. The transformation into a modern apartment lasted 15 years and he sometimes doubted if the renovations will never end. He felt like he had to paint a large boat with a small brush. But, like all success stories, it was finally completed successfully with great patience and support of talented designer Bernadette Jacques project.
