Design inspired chaise Q1 geodesic domes
Two talented designers from Ukraine, Svyatoslav Zbroy and Dmitri Bulgakov ODESD2 Design Studio has designed the Q1 deck chair design. The design was inspired by the domes geodätschen. It is spherical pellets having a substructure of triangles. Richard Buckminster Fuller developed the technology in 1940 and at that time, the term "geodesic" used. These domes have a load capacity and stability of the load. They offer many other advantages such as its distribution, air circulation, and beautiful lighting effects.
Drawing Q1 bed resembles a geodesic dome
Q1 deck design mimics the properties of a geodesic dome: it can withstand heavy loads, so it looks relatively easy at first sight. The inside of the chair is padded with felt and chenille. ® hollow fiber is used as filling material. This is an environmentally friendly plastic which can maintain its shape, unlike the conventional fillers. The spherical shape of the chair provides ultimate comfort and appearance makes it so versatile that satisfies both in public and in modern residential areas.
