Classic bedroom colors make for healthy sleep

The room colors play an important role in the relaxation of the senses. We can guess what color the walls for the care of healthy sleep, and what you'd rather avoid.

A new study in the UK has confirmed that the color blue for relaxation. The color of the right wall is an important prerequisite for a healthy sleep. The color blue is associated with tranquility and is reminiscent of water and blue sky. This color was preferred by academics, professionals in universities, as well as construction workers. Blue should also be good for the blood pressure and heart. On the second place is the yellow color, which relaxes the eyes and has a good effect on the nerves.
