Four floors penthouse apartment in New York with a unique interior



This unique luxury apartment is located in New York in one of the oldest and most famous skyscraper built in 1896. The apartment extends over four floors and has a very interesting interior design. The penthouse was created by David Hotson Architect Architecture Studio, in collaboration with Ghislaine Viñas Interior Design. The interior is decorated with a single slide and a climbing wall.

Even though the apartment is one of the oldest skyscrapers in New York and the appearance of the building looks a bit retro, the penthouse is not disputed ultra modern. The interior is defined by geometric shapes and a minimalist design and was decorated mainly in white. The white interior was duplicated in places with decorative elements in orange or blue. Glass has been implemented as a constant on each floor. The glass panels with geometric shapes can be considered internal walls throughout the apartment.

The penthouse has a terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city unique breath. Wood flooring creates a warm and intimate atmosphere, which is enhanced by comfortable lounge furniture in bright colors. The windows are semi-circular in contrast to the modern interior. Designers particularly original methods of transportation between floors thought, if you do not feel like the stairs or the elevator. A climbing wall achieves the top floor of the apartment. And on the way from top to bottom allows a slide in metal optics.
