The apartment is located in a former office building in Hyde Park, Sydney, Australia. It has recently been completely renovated and converted into a residential building. Today, the living room of the residence is one of the most expensive in Australia. From the apartment there is a beautiful view of the city and the nearby park revealed. The decor is simple but very elegant - natural materials dominate the interior. Upholstered furniture in the living room, kitchen with wooden bar and wooden shelves are the highlights of the furniture. Careful distribution offers extra comfort. Muted shades are for an atmosphere of well-being.
Calendar - sparsely furnished, decorated with art

The individual elements are carefully adjusted to each other so that, in effect, creates a uniform image. Ausgerpägtes sense of style and absolute modernity are properly connected. The walls are decorated with modern paintings and caricatures, home accessories, statues and lamps add a touch of exoticism. Sculptures of animal heads, small chairs compartments African style and corals are masterfully combined with expressionist paintings. The eclectic mix of styles brings a touch of freshness and creates a framework within air pollution. The project was realized by designer Dayne Van Bree, in collaboration with John Pegrum, the pictures are taken by photographer Credic Tourasse.
