This modern designed residence is located in Dortmund and was built by the Architectural Studio Architects Hendrich, 2012. The owners have decided to settle down. Both had very specific ideas we should consider the future home and participated actively in the design and construction of the house. In addition to the modern and elegant design geometric shapes, light plays an important role in the development of the entire project.

The design of the house was not only defined by the positioning of the lighting inside and outside. The house was built in a modern style with pleasing geometric shapes. The interior has been designed very minimalist and functional as the exterior design. Width sliding glass rear more space and blurring the boundaries between the terrace and disappear. The room can also be accessed directly from the garden. A rectangular swimming pool near the terrace to enjoy a nice refreshment on hot summer days.
