A renovated Victorian house with modern extension in Australia
This beautiful house was once a Victorian residence in Armadale, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. However, it was recently renovated and has been through an expansive culture. Designed by Jackson Clements Burrows, this beautiful house with modern extension is now on sale, offered at an undisclosed price.

The project included modifications and additions to the old Victorian house that has been renovated in the late 1980s. Construction included a complete renovation of the existing building and a new extension on the second level, separated into two private areas for parents and children. The new extended forward on the second floor constructions also serve as refuges for the terrace below.

The house has high ceilings, large windows ceiling, a swimming pool, separate gym and runs on a 2032 m2 site rooms. There is a large living room, dining room, kitchen with dining area, lounge, games room, home office, 6 spacious bedrooms (all en suite), parking for 6 cars off the road.
The garden is umgben high boxwood hedges that protect the privacy of residents. The interior design is characterized by beautiful color contrasts and interesting decorations. Oriental rugs and colorful fur are some colorful accents in the rooms.
