This charming beach house in Coolum Beach, Queensland, Australia was built by Aboda Design Group in a high and steep. Characterized by contrasts and geometric rigor of dramatic colors, the exclusive residence offers comfortable living on 2 levels.

The beach house is designed as a sustainable building ultra-modern look. It is passively cooled and illuminated with LED home. Large overhanging roofs are blind and give plenty of shade on the deck. Rainwater is drained from the roof and leads to a rainwater tank that is located under the pool deck.
