Completed by the end of 2013, the house is composed of a solid block of concrete, which is broken by the large glass insert. It is located in a densely populated neighborhood in the city and the architect of the MPR adapted the concept of terrestrial conditions. Thus, a comfortable seating area is set on the ground floor, which is transformed into an outdoor space. On the first floor, all the rooms and bathrooms are located - well protected from prying eyes. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor modern - there is an open living area, which occupies the beach. Generous glass facade allows light into the interior space and freely gives a distant view.
