To answer this question attempted Japanese architect Ryo Matsui - with his attempts to imitate the concept of minimalism for residential buildings of four floors, and simply executed in typical Asian style. Ryo Matsui Architects has a contemporary house built in February 2015 and provided by the use of natural materials for intense communication between the inside and the outside. Balcony House is located in a residential area of ​​metropolitan Tokyo, where space is known to be a luxury. Width of window openings and roof terrace and lots of balconies allow the boundary between inside and outside of the merge. Simple at first glance, a family home extends over four floors and comprises spacious lounge and large outdoor spaces and offers a comforting privacy and a beautiful view of the city. Inside the building are 202.6 m2 of living space. In the basement there are 2 garages. At the second level there is a bedroom with a bathroom, which can be opened on the balcony, a playroom for children. Kitchenette, dining room and living room are located on the third floor. The room on the fourth floor opens onto a large roof terrace overlooking the city generously. The interiors are done in warm wood tones.
