Wooden holiday home blends harmoniously with the forest landscape
A family of four people wanted a refuge for designing the midst of nature and has commissioned a two-story house, which overlooks the beautiful study of landscape architecture Cunniffe to the task. As a consequence, this modern house of wood and stone is created - it blends perfectly with the surrounding mountain scenery.

At the request of the owners, architects Cunniffe has opted for a minimalist design. The two-story building was constructed of stone and wood, the structure is relatively stable. Generous glass façade allows ample sunlight in the inner region and provide a view into the distance, so that residents can enjoy the natural surroundings. A large wooden deck offers the possibility to move in the summer, life outside. It cypress tall pines surround the wooden chalets and offer protection from the wind in winter.
Wooden holiday home - modern and comfortable
The wood holiday home is extremely comfortable and luxurious. The plant is very convenient - the first floor there is a spacious lounge with dining area and kitchen. On the second floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The living room is covered with natural stone and the interiors are rustic feel. The other chalet style not to be missed - great wood burning fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, wooden floors creates a visual connection between interior and exterior, comfortable leather furniture to create a comfortable seating area. The second bedrooms open onto a beautiful area of the floor - windows offer a view of the forest. Residents in fact care about their private area - neighbors who did not.
