Modern house in a narrow land in São Paulo
"Brooklin House" is a modern house on a narrow lot in São Paulo, Brazil built. The plot is only 5.5 meters wide and 33 meters wide. This private home is a project of Galeria Arquitetos and was completed in 2008. The house is located in a residential area of St. Paul, in a quiet street and backs to Hípica Paulista. Since the construction area was narrow and limited to the team of architects opted for an open space to create a flexible living space without visual barriers.
House built on a narrow lot
All living spaces flow seamlessly into one another and feel free and comfortable. On the ground floor are the living room and kitchen with dining area. A shelving system unique, made of cement and wood has been designed to provide enough space for all three rooms possible. It includes shelves and TV sideboard in the dining room, a fireplace in the living room, counter and storage space for the kitchen. The kitchen island is a beautiful accent of red and creates a pleasant atmosphere. From the kitchen, you can go directly into the yard. And 'well-protected and you can always grill and eat outside, without having to worry about the neighbors always look there.
House on a plot of land near, but with a modern style
